Marketing and on-boarding of active agents every month.
Working directly with the Branch Managers and General Manager to meet their various Agency targets.
Managing of agents, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly(not later than 24 hours), escalating unresolved issues and monitoring the performances of these agents.
Training newly on-boarded agents using the company's training manual.
Ensuring the agents have the required merchandising materials and effective usage.
Achieve sales goals by managing agents effectively and efficiently.
Good selling and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills.
Possess great team spirit.
Command of basic ethics.
Proficiency of MS Office Suites(Ms Excel very key)
Organizational and Reporting skills.
Numerical and analytical skills.
OND in relevant discipline.
1 year prior work experience in sales.
