Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
Generate new leads by telemarketing to new customers and cross-selling to existing customers.
Work as part of the marketing team to distribute promotional materials during campaigns.
Increase the company's customer database.
Possess accurate product knowledge to communicate effectively during customer enquiries.
The customer care representative should;
Have a good command of the English language
Be computer literate and able to use all microsoft packages as well as other mobile communication channels
Demonstrate good telephone and email etiquette
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Be able to work as part of a team
Possess a pleasant mien
Reside in VI, Gbagada or environs
Possess a minimum of OND or its equivalent and 2 years of experience in a customer service role
