Customer Services Officer (1-Year Fixed Term) – Expiry Date: 2019-03-11

This role shall responsible for implementing customer care plans and initiatives through assisting all walk-in clients and ensuring efficient query resolution and service provision.
Reporting to The Team Leader the main roles and responsibilities of this role will include:
• Attend to walk in clients and make sure enquiries are rectified or handed over to the relevant departments for processing within stipulated times.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and expediting correction and following up to ensure resolution.
