Key Tasks: The post holder is expected to perform the following:
To receive visitors to the facility and ascertain the purpose of their visit.
Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Responsible for screening, answering and forwarding phone calls.
Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mails.
Managing the diary and calendar of the directors and clients by arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, manage hotel reservations and flight bookings.
Qualification: The requirements include:
Bachelors Degree/ HND in any discipline.
Fresh graduate or corps member looking for a PPA.
