International RecruitmentOur Client is West Africa's biggest Telecommunication company. They are currently seeking a highly efficient individual to assist in the facilitation of board and committee meetings as well as other administrative duties as it relates to corporate governance in the position of an Executive Secretary to the Boards of Director.

Responsibilities:

Preparation for meetings of multiple boards and committees, including drafting, reviewing and proofreading documents and handling document distribution, both hard copy and electronic, calendars, agendas, drafting minutes and other documentation as requested
Lead administrator for the Company’s board portal
Service of Process administration
Maintenance requests
Maintain Company records
Activities related to the annual meeting of stockholders

Requirements:

Advanced technical and writing skills; legal and banking terminology experience is a plus; experience drafting minutes is also a plus
Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and board portal experience a plus

Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, including executive management and board members
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Must possess utmost professional qualities, high energy, results driven, and self-motivation
Previous experience in project management, corporate governance, minute taking/drafting and C-Suite interaction preferred.
