Manage the overall daily activities including (production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, budgeting, project management etc…)
Implementing health and safety procedures in the company's regulations.
Assess projects and resources requirements and demands.
Prepare, analyze and issue the production and performance reports.
Lead, manage and improve the production related functions (estimation, production performance, technical purchasing, quality, safety, warehousing and factory administration)
Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Architecture is a Must MSC/MBA is an added advantage, Project Management Certifications/trainings and membership in professional bodies is required.
Experience in Furniture manufactures OR Wood field is highly required.
Advanced coaching & leadership, communication, problem solving and team building skills
Results and objectives oriented.
Well organized, able to work under pressure and capable of dealing with labor and workers.
Experience in Managing a Furniture manufacturing plant is highly required
