Setup new clients or partners account on both test and live platform and monitor their progress.
Primary point of contact for Client and Partner for technical integration process, testing, issues and resolutions
Provide support to clients and partners and investigate data discrepancies and application errors and propose modifications and enhancements to existing applications to improve their functionality or address any issues that arise.
Ensure daily completion of support shift form for shift handover process
Notify all the users and provide instructions and support if required when new application is installed or when an existing system is upgraded.
Daily monitor real-time status of all Physical Servers, Virtual Machines, applications, services and network devices as well as bandwidth usage and server maintenance schedule on Site24x7 dashboard to ensure service availability, optimal performance and throughput.
Ensure all incidents and requests from clients through all communication channels provided by COURE are captured into our ticketing system Zoho Desk
