Ghana has developed so much in technology as seen in the implementation of 4GLTEnotwork, Mobile Financial Services, e-banking, and many others. This advancement, however, has affected the cyber-security landscape with cyber threats such as Hacking, Data Leakages, social engineering schemes, cyber-fraud, and SIM Box Fraud.

These have become an issue of concern as reports of cyber-attacks in Ghana are on the rise, especially in the area of “Website defacement”. The cyber-attacks also include ransomware attacks, e-payment threats (especially in mobile money transactions), social Media threats, and many more.
